Dogs and cats, of course, but we also have taken care of rabbit, reptile, burro, goat, chicken and parrot/parakeet clients. We’d love to have some guinea pig, pocket pet, turtle and other animal clients! Try us—if we haven’t done it before, we’re happy to learn. We love your pets!
2. What towns or neighborhoods does your service area comprise?
Mars Hill, Weaverville, Woodfin, North Asheville down to Weaver Park, parts of Barnardsville and Marshall closer to Weaverville, Ms. Stacy’s home base.

This free 30-minute consult at your home will ensure that:
1. We can find your home! (GPS isn’t always accurate on mountain roads.)
2. That your pets approve of us! and
3. That we’re a good fit overall. Also you can show us any eccentricities of your home, where the pet food is, etc.
4. What is Time To Pet?
It’s a software platform that helps pet care businesses manage operations. When you create a TTP account with Ms. Stacy’s Pet Care, you can communicate with us, input detailed care instructions, pay invoices and more.
5. What forms of payment do you take?
Credit/debit cards and ACH payments (bank transfers) are happily accepted in our Time To Pet portal, though we can take cash or a personal check as well. Tips are appreciated!
6. What’s your cancellation policy?
Ms. Stacy’s does not give refunds, but if you cancel 24 hours or more before service starts, you’ll get 50 percent back. The other half is nonrefundable, as there’s usually not enough time to rebook your reserved dates. If you cancel later than that, you’ll be charged the full fees.
7. Do you need a house key?
Yes, your pet sitter needs access to your home. Please provide a working copy of your house key at the meet & greet, along with any access codes. Keep in mind that code panels can malfunction, so it’s a good idea to also have a backup key. If locksmith services are necessary, the cost will be added to your bill.
8. When is payment due?
Payment is due in full four days before service starts. We’ll email your invoice, which you can pay by logging into your account on Time To Pet.
